Personal data we process

When you contact us, request information or express interest in a meeting, we may process your name, email address, phone number, message and information about the activity concerned. We may also process correspondence and the information you choose to share.

To operate the website and protect it from misuse, technical data such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser details may be stored in hosting server logs. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or account information through the contact forms.

Purposes and legal bases

We process information to answer questions, handle expressions of interest and conduct correspondence requested by you. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on consent, steps requested before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Voluntary email updates rely on consent or another applicable legal basis. Necessary technical logs may be processed under our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operations. Some information may also be retained to meet legal obligations.

Contact forms and expressions of interest

Our contact forms, including account enquiries, private meetings and monthly report requests, use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated misuse. Data are transmitted through Cloudflare Workers to Google Apps Script and then sent by email to authorised recipients handling your enquiry. We use the data to respond.

Monthly report requests are received through a form and handled by email. Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. Registration for external online presentations may use a separate service with its own privacy policy.

Cookies, browser storage and external links

The website uses browser local storage for certain technical preferences, such as display theme. Hosting providers may retain security and access logs. Links to brokers, social networks and webinar services may lead to websites with their own cookies and privacy practices.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregate statistics about visits and website use. Analytics is activated only after your voluntary consent through our cookie banner; if you decline, GA4 will not load. If you consent, Google may set analytics cookies including _ga and _ga_2JVQEFEQ33, typically stored for up to two years. Google may process device, browser and page-visit information. We remove URL parameters from reported page URLs and do not use Google Signals or advertising personalisation. Your preference is stored locally for no longer than 12 months. You may change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. See also Googles integritetspolicy. Consent can be withdrawn.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by suppliers of hosting, anti-abuse protection, form transmission and email services, including Cloudflare and Google. We do not automatically share your data with AvaTrade or DupliTrade simply because you contact AlgoLodge.

If you choose to register with a broker, technical trading platform or webinar provider, that provider’s privacy terms also apply. Transfers outside the EEA require an appropriate legal basis and safeguards under applicable data-protection law. Contact us for further information about service providers processing your data.

Retention periods

We retain enquiries and correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle contact, follow up requested information or meet legal obligations. Information used for voluntary mailings is removed from the mailing list upon unsubscribe, unless retention is required for another lawful reason.

Retention periods at the hosting, form and email providers follow their respective settings and agreements and should be proportionate to the purpose.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection rules, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
