About the business

The website presents systematic investment models, historical results and information about how trading works. AlgoLodge is not a broker, bank or trading venue and does not accept client trading capital. Trading accounts are opened with external brokers under their own terms.

Partners and compensation

AlgoLodge investment models can be connected to an account in the customer’s own name with AvaTrade through the DupliTrade platform. AvaTrade and DupliTrade are external providers with their own terms.

The AlgoLodge manager receives an annual management fee of 2% and a performance fee of 20%, subject to the High Water Mark principle. Compensation is paid through arrangements with external providers. No separate account-opening referral compensation is included in the described structure.

The manager’s compensation creates a commercial interest in customers using the investment models. Trading costs, such as spreads and any financing charges, are separate from management and performance fees. See Risk information for details.

Geographical restrictions

AlgoLodge models are offered only in countries where marketing and provision of these services are permitted under applicable law.

Access is subject to approval by the relevant broker and trading platform. The services are not offered to residents of Spain.
